Ms. Laura L. Price, Interactive Government Holdings (IGH) Chief Financial Officer / Chief Operating Officer, is responsible for the financial performance of the company and directing the management and operation of finance, project control, accounting, pricing, contracts, human resources, facility, and security. She joined IGH in February of 2017 after 11 years with BlueWater Federal Solutions where she helped the company grow from $9M to $52M. As BlueWater’s CFO she was responsible for the management and oversight of finance, accounting, pricing, contracts, human resources, and security.
Since joining Interactive Government Holdings, Inc. (IGH), Ms. Price has made valuable contributions to the companies’ expansion and growth in the IT Services arena as well as developed the controls, policies, and procedures of a financially mature company, increasing margins and free cash flow. Ms. Price has a success track record of integrating finance and operations initiatives and partnering with leadership to drive efficiency, growth, profitability. She is an expert in DCAA Indirect Rate development and accounting systems. She plays an integral role in contract transitions all over the country; onboarding, transitioning, and training employees on contracts up to $100M with over 100 FTEs.
Ms. Price is a valued member of IGH’s Advisory Board and the Board of Directors for the 501 (c)(3) nonprofit Silent Bridge. During her 25+ year professional career she has held senior level positions with recognized government contractors. She holds a Bachelor of Science Degree in Accounting from Palm Beach Atlantic University.
